About the Role
As the Transport Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of the transport department across our depots in Essex and Suffolk. You will be responsible for controlling and managing all matters relating to drivers and company compliance, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulations and policies.
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills for effective driver management and team coordination.
Proven experience in transport management with a solid understanding of fleet operations.
Valid CPC qualification, FORS knowledge,
Desirable previous experience in the fuel distribution industry or transporting ADR goods.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing transport operations.
Ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
