Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator £15k - £17k

 

Alexander Knight Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Administrator for one of their clients based in Feering, Colchester, Essex.


The ideal candidate will have previous telephone experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a busy office, be confident and possess excellent IT skills and attention to detail and be happy to work as part of a team. Knowledge of the print and promotional industry would be an advantage but is not essential.


The role is to provide sales administration support from customer enquiry through to delivery.

 

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Supporting the sales team 
Updating product information
Creating quotations
Updating contacts system
Liaising with suppliers and other departments
Arranging artwork
Dealing with customer queries
General office duties
To support the Marketing and Sales departments
